With a career spanning nearly three decades, Dr. Ashish Kate, M.D. (Aayu.), has established himself as a cornerstone of the Ayurvedic medical community in Nagpur and beyond.
His work is particularly focused on patients battling cancer — bringing comfort, dignity, and holistic support at every stage of illness. Dr. Kate's integrative approach seamlessly weaves classical Ayurvedic protocols alongside chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Kate serves as a Professor, Head of Department, NCISM Master Trainer, researcher, and award-winning practitioner.

Completed his primary medical degree at Nagpur University, building a comprehensive foundation in classical Ayurvedic diagnosis, therapeutics, anatomy, and holistic healing principles.
Pursued postgraduate specialization mastering the complexities of Ayurvedic internal medicine, diagnostics, and therapeutics — with a focus that would evolve into oncology and palliative care expertise.
Since entering practice in 1996, Dr. Kate has continuously refined his expertise, evolving into one of India's foremost specialists in Ayurvedic Palliative Care for oncology patients.
Dr. Kate's entire academic training was conducted at Nagpur University — one of Maharashtra's premier institutions.
